About Aileen
Aileen is a woman of Lebanese descent in love with her culture, her people and especially her gastronomy.
As a child she learned traditional cooking from her mother. Growing up and discovering the love for cooking, she has specialized in Lebanese food and has managed to improve recipes while respecting the unique and traditional flavor of this food.
Many people have commented that when trying some of their dishes they could not help but feel that they were in Lebanon.
After discovering this passion and seeing how people love her food, she decided to start her own project to share a little piece of Lebanon in every bite.
Her career in food goes back four years, starting in Mexico City having great success. A few years later, having changed her residence, she decided to bring the passion with her and continue sharing her delicious food with lovers of this gastronomy.
